Rooms are always clean. Front desk and housekeepers are very accommodating. Easy access for parking.
Rooms were clean and easy to utilize. I started work at 6:30am so I needed to get breakfast on time at 6am, but often had to go without due to their lack of getting things out in time! Also the 1 ice machine was inoperative for so long it had a note on it telling you to go to the other one,, which was not there anymore!

I came up here on short notice and they gave me a room at it beautiful price, Alex at the desk was kind in very informative about the location. The room was spotless. The air conditioner worked great. And a shower head in the rooms to die for. I had a great room. Queen size bed. Bathtub. Continental Breakfast. I used an app to make the reservation. My stay was $46 on a Saturday night. Yay me!
I'm so glad there laundry is open late. Because it's hard to do laundry on the road. We always get to motels late and not all have a place I can get it done. I don't like the full bed. No room to breathe. They need queen beds as well as kings.
I stayed here with my family on December 29, 2025 for one night. For the price I paid, the hotel was definitely worth it. There was a smoke smell in the hallway, but fortunately it did not carry into the room. The room itself was very clean. I even tipped the person who cleaned it. I unfortunately forgot their name, but they did an excellent job. The breakfast was simple, but since I was on a road trip it was more than enough to start the day. In fact, it was far better than my experience at West Inn NAU - Downtown Flagstaff, which is also a two-star hotel. The difference between the two was night and day. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Kingman area.
